Change of Mind Policy

If you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind about your purchase, Gath will offer you an exchange or refund on the cost of the helmet provided that:

  • You return the item within 7 days of the receipt of your purchase
  • You produce your original Gath tax invoice or other adequate proof of purchase at the time you return the item
  • The item must not have been used or damaged in any way including that it is unused and in its original saleable condition

If these requirements are not satisfied Gath reserves the right not to offer an exchange or refund for change of mind returns.

Warranty Policy

All Gath Hats/Helmets come with a 3-year warranty guarantee.

Customers please note that any postage fees incurred with the replacement/repair of the product come at their expense.

Return of Warranty Product should be carefully packed and freighted prepaid to:

Gath Sports or its agents shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from any warranty claim.
