If you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind about your purchase, Gath will offer you an exchange or refund on the cost of the helmet provided that:
• You return the item within 7 days of the receipt of your purchase
• You produce your original Gath tax invoice or other adequate proof of purchase at the time you return the item
• The item must not have been used or damaged in any way including that it is unused and in its original saleable condition.
If these requirements are not satisfied Gath reserves the right not to offer an exchange or refund for change of mind returns.
For your convenience, Gath will provide return postage labels FREE of charge via email. Simply print out the label, place on the original packaging and take your item to your local Post Office. It can take up to 5 business days for an item to reach us once you return it. Once received, it may take up to 2 business days for the refund to be processed and up to 3 business days for the refund amount to show up in your account.
If you require an exchange, GATH Sports reserves the right to charge the original shipping rate to New Zealand for your exchanged helmet.
