As part of our efforts to expand our footprint in South America, we’re proud to support a new generation of riders in Brazil, where water is not just a playground, but a way of life.

This initiative is being led by our passionate Brazilian distributor, Alex, who has been instrumental in identifying and nurturing young talent in the sport of wingfoil—a dynamic and evolving sport that combines elements of windsurfing, kitesurfing, and surfing.

“I chose these fellows because they are young and very talented,” says Alex. “Wingfoil is a pretty new water sport and there’s still a lot of room to develop when it comes to equipment, materials, riding techniques, and freestyle. It’s also incredibly important to show young athletes using protective equipment from the start—they are the future stars of this sport.”

At just 16 years old, Juan is already making waves on the national stage. Born and raised in Búzios—one of Brazil’s best wind spots—Juan lives and breathes the ocean. Beyond his championship title, he’s an all-around waterman who also surfs, windsurfs, stand-up paddles, and even trains in judo. When he’s not studying, you’ll find him in or around the water, always pushing himself to go further.

The Beach Wolves – “Lobos da Praia”

These three inseparable friends have been bonded by wind and water since before they could talk. Known as the Beach Wolves, they began sailing together in 2023 and now dedicate themselves to both wingfoiling and kitesurfing. Their backyard is the sea, where they train, compete, and simply have fun being kids.

When they’re not riding waves, you’ll find them kicking around a football or exploring everything that makes childhood magical. The Beach Wolves represent the pure joy of discovery and the thrill of learning something new—key ingredients for growing a lifelong love for the ocean and the sports it inspires.
