I’m glad I was wearing a Gath Helmet

Flashback to 1993 when we took our first trip to G-Land in Java and I wore one of the first visor Gath helmets.

During my 2nd wave I hit the reef which left a huge gouge mark on my helmet, which would have been my head if I had not been wearing your helmet!

It saved my life.

Back in 1993 there was no internet, phone calls from G-Land, so it was difficult at best. A major injury like this was a MAJOR problem and I’m glad I was wearing a Gath Helmet.
